SERVICES
Commissioned to conduct a structural assessment which took the form of a detailed structural analysis and an IBC check. The Dos Santos Stand has exceeded its intended design life of fifty years and had undergone a significant amount of degradation. While temporarily measures were taken to further extend this period, it was pointed out that an excessive volume of work will be required to allow the structure to meet the requirements of the IBC given its existing structural configuration and the current state of distress observed. The results of this concluded that the structure was unsafe.
